my opinion

i bought this phone because i needed an unlocked one that has bluetooth capabilities. i am a current customer with at&t and i would have to buy one of their phones and didn't like anything they offered. i feel that buying a phone from a wireless provider is a ripoff. there were no problems with the phone after i inserted my sim card. all my contacts are there. i like this phone even better than my sony ericsson walkman phone. people say they can hear me better on this phone than they could on the sony. and it has more features as well as some of the ones on the sony. granted there are arabic letters on the keys, but that's no big deal. i know where the keys are and what letters are assigned. i like the size of this phone and i really like the looks of it. very sleek and cool.
