Great Buy!

This is a great backpack for all of my camera equipment. I previously has a smaller tamrac bag but when I began to add additional lens and a 2nd camera I quickly out grew it. This backpack is comfortable and hold more than I thought it would. Because of it's size I would not recommend this as a everyday bag but it is great for travel.

Perfect

I didnt need a carry all for my equipment, just some where central to store it. This pack is great for getting everything I need to where I am at. Not practical for around the town, as I dont want to adertise that I am carrying camera equipment, plus carry a lot of what iam not going to need. But on the plane it is a must have. I would not be allowed another carry one unless it was all camera related. However, once I get to where I am going to shoot, I break it down.

Two Nikon's d-70 with 18-70 and d-300 with 70-300 with lens attached , A Nikon 600 Flash ,close up filters, polarize filters, extra cards,batteries and a manual All You NEED if you shoot seriously, it is a bit heavy for day trips. I use Tamrac sling shot for close day hike with one camera. See my review for accessory bags.

An Excellent Camera/Equipment Bag

I love the size of this bag; it fits my MacBook, my Sony Alpha 300 and two lenses, ALL their associated gear, chargers, etc, and STILL has room to spare.

Bear in mind, it's a large backpack (I'm 6'3") but fits me perfectly, and is very comfortable for all day wear ability. It is light on its own, but with all the gear becomes loaded down. Still not a problem for a large person, but possibly a hindrance to smaller backs.

The add-on slots for small pouches and bags is certainly useful for expanding storage capacity. The water-resistant zippers are excellent (tested at Niagara Falls), as are the numerous straps available to keep everything cinched tight.

All in all, I am very happy I purchased this back pack; it's ideal for my needs.

This medium size pack offers foam-padded protection and quick access to multiple SLRs, lenses, flash and accessories. The main compartment is completely foam padded with numerous adjustable, foam-padded dividers to protect digital or film SLRs, 5-6 lenses, and a flash. The camera with a long zoom lens attached is suspended on two vertical, foam-padded dividers that are internally reinforced with rigid plastic. A restraint strap holds the lens firmly in place. Two Windowpane-Mesh(TM) pockets inside the front flap visibly organize filters, film and other accessories. A plastic, foam-padded platform in the bottom provides shock protection while a LockDown(TM) rain flap protects the zipper from the elements.
