Great for Abs!

We have these balls at our gym and I LOVE them! I was thrilled to be able to order one and for cheap! It came quickly also. Great product!

Very functional exercise tool

This is a good little ball for the price, you really can't beat it. It is a softer more pliable material then the big balls, almost a little tacky so it sticks in place well. This simple little ball placed at the lower back makes for a very isolated crunch saving the lower back yet working the abs even harder. Also great just to use between your knees pressing in and out while watching TV for a more passive workout. Great little workout tool that I highly recommend!
