It worked!

I bought this along with "Taking Charge of your Fertility" after trying for 7 months. I only used the thermometer for one month because we conceived right away. Due in 19 days :) Definately buy the book if you are trying!

Works Great!

I bought this to start charting last month. So far it works great! I love the backlight display and temperature memory feature. It makes it great to use in the morning and check in the evening. Some of the cheaper basal thermometers stop working, but this one has been great so far!

Great features, Great price!

I bought this 2 months ago and it's great! Very consistent and reliable. It has a blue backlight and beeps every 4 seconds during the 1 min. and lots of tiny beeps when it's done and has a memory. My only complaint was the beeping was a little loud, very easily fixed by putting a little piece of scotch tape on the back where the small hole is. That cut down the sounds by half, but enough where I can still hear it (which is important to make sure your in the right spot.) I love this thermometer!

Does the job.

After trying for months with regular thermometers to take my waking temperature every day, I could finally complete my first month of taking my temperature without fail, every single day, thanks to this thermometer. Its accuracy and convenience motivated me to follow through with charting. Saving the temp for you to read when fully awake is a plus - subtly I think it helped keep me on track with taking the temp before fully waking up. (Earlier I was always forgetting and getting all the way up.) At $10, the price was reasonable, I would recommend.

Best Basal Digital Thermometer I've Used

Best basal digital thermometer I've purchased. After several thermometers from the drug store with short lifespans or not being accurate I read lots of reviews and settled on this thermometer. I would highly recommend. It has held up well and is very accurate.

Pros:

Very reliable
Very Accurate
Sturdy
Contains memory of last temperature taken

Cons:

Beeps intermintently while taking temperature (if this will bother you or wake spouse this is not the thermometer for you)
Backlight feature only turns on briefly when you turn off thermometer (I typically turn on my nightstand light for additional light)

This being the third brand of basal digital thermometers I've tried, this is the best and I would highly recommend it.
