Decent quality and a great value for solving your cable mess problems

No complaints here. I was surprised that these ties came on a roll and I had to separate the individual ties at the perforation. I was expecting somewhat better quality but for the price I think it's a good product. They are a little thin and are a little bit like tough paper but they don't rip and they stay put. There seem to be a few on every roll that don't have a loop at the end for threading so I wonder if I really got 100 ties but that's a minor complaint.

Velcro straps

Used these straps to tie fishing rods on top of SUV rack. They worked find for this application, but are a bit flimsy than others I have purchased. I can tear them into by pulling on them with my hands. Will work great on light applications, but I would suggest heavier ones for heavier jobs.

For the price you can't go wrong

These things are remarkably useful. Certainly they come in handy for wrapping wires. I've also used them (actually pieces of them) to reinforce a camera strap (Lowepro Transporter Camera Strap), eliminating the only flaw in an otherwise excellent camera strap, and to provide a way to keep a powershovel (Toro 38361 Power Shovel 7.5 Amp Electric Snow Thrower) switched on without killing my hand. At this price it's worth having them on hand. Once you do, you'll find lots of use for them.
