i just bought this bible and i have no clue on how to search for my verses it is pretty much easier with the king james as it has a desciption on how to find verses
Very Nice ...
This Kindle version is very similar in layout as the NASB version by Lockman. Easy to navigate the TOC, Links, etc. I really like the Amplified version for it's extra clarification of passages and text. It does takes a little time to get used to, but it's worth it. Recommended.
Pretty good for the iPhone.
I bought the Kindle version to use on my iPhone. All in all, it's OK. Not great and the formatting gets a little messed up at times. If you are looking for a great FREE bible application for the iPhone that gives you numerous translations, including this one, check out Holy Bible.
I love the AmplifiedBible, but was disappointed that the Kindle Version had eliminated the Book introductions, the reference system that was normally included within the text & the footnotes from the bottom of the pages that added a lot of helpful information to the text.
Amplified Bible on Kindle
The Amplified version of the Bible is fascinating from a linguistics point of view, and the Kindle version is easily navigatable. I highly recommend it.
The AmplifiedBible uses explanatory alternate readings and amplifications to assist the reader in understanding what Scripture really says.
