Simple and functional

The Sonos system is great, but expensive. If you don't need sound output or input near your router, hook up one of these as the network connection point for the rest of the system. It's a lot cheaper than a ZonePlayer and it works perfectly.

Finally! I have an extra ZP100 for my family room

When I first got the Sonos system, I was very disappointed that the first unit
had to be hardwired to the router. My router was in the library where the ZP100
did not see much use. This little bridge changes that. It was
a snap to install. Within 10 minutes, I was able to free up my ZP100 that
was hooked up to the router and viola! I have a new zone in my family room.

I've been waiting for this device!

If you have a Sonos system already you are probably aware of what this device is meant to do and that fact that you can free a Zone Player from being hard-wired to you PCs network at a fairly low cost. It will also extend a Sonons wireless network as well. NICE - but it's about time.

It works flawlessly and is fairly inexpensive. A much needed addition to the Sonos lineup!

Extend your rang while freeing up a ZonePlayer

This item is a must have if you live in a large house or apartment. The Sonos ZoneBridge 100 will not only allow you to free up a ZonePlayer but it will help fill in those dead spots in your house. The only problem I had with the Sonos system was that the range on the players did not meet my needs. Now that they have introduced the bridge which can be used to extend you signal it makes the system so much better.

Simple and effective

My Apple AirPort Extreme Base Station is centrally located in my house. The PC that stores all my music was at the far end of the house. Before the ZoneBridge 100 (BR100) I had to "waste" a ZonePlayer 80, a $350 investment. Now I have the BR100 connected directly to the Base Station. It simply sits on top of the Base Station, with no noticeable impact on range or wireless performance. I am able to listen to my music files throughout the entire house AND connect to Rhapsody's online music service. The BR100 is easy to setup and, IMO, very cost effective.
