a great device

I have been using this device for about a year now, not daily, but mostly when I feel especially tense. My experience has been that it is extremely comfortable and puts me in an almost immediate state of relaxation. I lie on my yoga mat with it under my neck, dim the lights and put on some quiet music, and after about 15 minutes, I find that I am enormously rejuvenated. I think I carry lots of tension in my neck and having my head supported seems to bring an almost instant decompressing of that area. I cannot attest to any effects on actual injuries or existing problems, but as a simple device for achieving physical relaxation, I truly think this one of the most cost-efficient things to try.
