This product makes you going to restroom more often and it can cause Mr. D. At first I felt like it cleanses, now after 2 weeks I donot have this feeling anymore.
I will continue taking it for another 2 weeks and then I will see if it will have had any positive influence on my body.

I've been taking these for about 2 weeks now and have really seen an improvement in my digestive system. I started out with just 1 pill twice a day and have SLOWLY worked up to taking 2 pills in the am and 2 in the pm. I did experience a little bit of loose stool, but now that my system has had a chance to adjust, it's a lot happier. I like the fact that there are mostly natural ingredients, and no caffiene or ephedra-like side effects. No nausea or upset stomach either.
