What can you say about love. The product was good and the movie was good. I saw it when it came out at the movie teather and had to see it again.

Love and Lust

Happy ending. This movie defines the difference between Love and Lust thru the actress. A simple story carrying out her
decision on Money and Happiness. This film is rated "R" coz of the theme. The photography, to me, is quite dark. Isn't
that art-defined? Credits go to all performers. ET

Love Everlasting....

"Indecent Proposal" became one of my very favorite films from the first viewing. Over the years I have watched it several times and enjoy just as much as the first time. Never being much of a Woody Harrelson fan, 'Proposal', to me, is his best work and and the rest of the characters were cast perfectly. Say what you will about Demi Moore, but she was stylish and also gave one of her best performances. Robert Redford is a pleasure to watch in any role he plays. The story is original and Adrian Lyne struck a jackpot in portraying devoted lovers faced with a difficult proposition that will either make or break them.. I'll say no more as it will spoil it for others, but if you love sappy love flics, check this one out.

One of the biggest teases in film history, this film's sensational plot finds a young wife (Demi Moore) solicited for sex by a wealthy bachelor (Robert Redford), for which the latter offers to pay a cool million bucks to her and her underachieving husband (Woody Harrelson). The two accept Redford's deal, and their marriage is ruined. The twist in the film, though, is that the sin doesn't lie with the rich guy, but rather with this unfocused, immature, equivocating couple who would do such a thing, naively believing it would get their lives on track. Director Adrian Lyne, who caused an even greater stir by filming Lolita (the one starring Jeremy Irons), thus pulls a kind of thinking person's bait and switch, promising something tawdry and then turning the story around so its focus is on a rite of passage for the estranged spouses. Still, Lyne has some peculiarly garish ideas at times: the final disposition of that million dollars is like a joke out of Monty Python. --Tom Keogh
