Don't Set It and Forget It!

I bought this rotisserie to replace one just like it that I finally wore out. I didn't want to buy another one, because it's a son-of-a-gun to clean - even the non-stick parts. But no other rotisserie cooks poultry and roasts to perfection like this one does. I also use it for sausage, veggies, chicken breasts, chops. I love the baskets - fill them with chicken pieces, sprinkle on the seasoning, and sit back. Then I fill my sink with hot, soapy water and drop everything into it to soak while we eat. That helps some. The most important advice I can give anyone is: BUY A GOOD MEAT THERMOMETER AND LEARN TO USE IT. Check it often, and rely on the thermometer, not the timer, to achieve perfectly roasted meat.

Great product!!

My father had bought a different model, larger one, and used it to cook a roast beef for Christmas. It came out delicious!! I bought the Platinum model and have been using it once or twice every weekend since it has arrived. The chickens we've done have come out FANTASTIC!! The roast beef and pork loins have come out GREAT too! My wife loves that I'll cook now!

Love it!! I just got it a few weeks ago but have used it many times already. Really easy clean-up and fun to watch as it cooks. The pork roast was restaurant quality. Round roasts seem to work very well and taste great. I am very glad I bought it based on all your reviews!!

It's nice

It is a well built machine. But as someone else posted it is a bit noisy. But this is a motor subjected to haet and a LOT of weight....
