A fine little scale

I bought this scale when I started counting calories. It helps me be more aware of portion size. It is especially helpful when I am not working from a recipe. It is not as precise as a digital scale, but it is also much less expensive. It seems like it would work best when cooking for only 1 or 2 people since the bowl at the top is not that big. Since it is small enough to live on my counter top, I use it much more frequently than my larger kitchen helpers that live out of sight.
