| One of the most affordable full-fledged HDTVs available, Daewoo's DSC34W60N offers convenient dual tuning (DTV and standard analog NTSC) and a host of audio features designed to take advantage of DTV and DVD surround-sound signals even if you don't have an AV receiver or a six-channel speaker setup. The set's built-in HDTV tuner performs line doubling and up-conversion of NTSC signals from cable boxes, VCRs, and camcorders. The 34-inch Pure Flat CRT screen is configured in a widescreen, 16:9 aspect ratio for optimal viewing of HDTV and anamorphic letterboxed DVDs. The 1,920 x 1080i set offers three display modes--full, zoom, normal--depending on how you'd prefer to view standard 4:3 aspect-ratio programming.
