Excellent quality for cheap price!

We were looking for a 27" flat screen to replace our 12" ... However, while at Sam's looking at an Akai, we discovered how large the 27" was and considered looking at ... 20" flat screen. The more we looked, the better it looked! Took it home and set it up, and proceeded to watch 2.5 hours of very pleasant viewing! I have hearing problems and the Treble/bass adjustments were great! It fits in with our dining/living arrangement better than we expected. I LOVE the small simple remote. You can press display button and get info: clock, channel, etc. Very happy in deed. The price was very affordable considering that within a couple of years, the new tech of HDTV will be taking over.

Simply surprised

When I first went looking for a TV I didn't expect to bring home a flat screen because of how high the prices are now. I saw the Daewoo flat screen model DTQ 20U6SC in Sam's selling for $199 and decided to try it. I wasn't too sure of the brand seeing how the only products I knew they made where cars and after much searching on the web I couldn't find much on the product itself. Now to the tv.
The picture is great, all the colors show up vividly and it is comparable to the other higher priced flat screens that I have seen. The sound is really good, I haven't found any televisions with great sound yet but that can be fixed with a stereo. The remote that comes with it is not like the huge boats that come with RCA televisions. It is simple, light, measuring around 3.5", silver, a lot more stylish than a big black one. I got the DTQ20U6SC model which comes with:

2 AV IN connections one on the front and back
1 AV OUT connection
autoprogram (called memorize channels)

custom and preset video settings
clock/timer functions
Captioning/CC on mute
Parental Control Settings
Stereo/SAP sound
Adjustable Treble/Bass/Balance

I was surprised at the quality of both the video and audio coming from a manufacturer that I had hardly heard about. A great TV even better considering the price.

Amazing TV!

Wow, even I had my doubts with this TV. I needed a flat screen television for my new Xbox system and i started looking at sony wegas. Wow they were expensive. So i looked around other stores for other brands and came across this Daewoo flat screen 20 inch (...) So i settled for this. Sound is GREAT! Picture is GREAT! This stereo sound can easily be made for surround sound and for the money, its one hell of a tv with a little amount of features, but still, ITS ONE HELL OF A TV, BUY IT!!!

Definatly worth buying!

Hey, im a kid in minnesota and i bought the Daewoo DTQ20U6FC 20" Flat Screen TV from best buy after my other TV BLEW UP!(symphonic) (dont buy symphonic) and the Daewoo DTQ20U6FC 20" Flat Screen TV WORKS GREAT!!! IT IT SOOO AWESOME! BASS CONTROL TREBBLE CONTROL AND EVERYTHING! STERIO SOUND AND SOME HIDDEN SPEAKERS INSIDE YOUR TV! this tv is simply one of the best tvs out and it has an incredable price! i bought mine for $139.00 cool looking remote control and its small and simple for easy use. no vcr but you can still use gaming systems like 64,playstation,X-box,PS2 and more. Great reception on programs! i HIGHLY recommend buying this tv, unless you want exspensive ones (that arent worth it) BUY THE TV! I LOVE IT!

I went shopping for a 20" flat television. I had seen the sony wega, panasonic tau, and others that where kind of expensive.
This daewoo looks the same if not better then the rest.
And the price is the icing in the cake.
