What a lifesaver

Altho it took more than 5 minutes to get set up straight - the gate is as advertised.
Solid, strong and high enough to keep even a bouncing Jack Russell from getting over it.
The gate works easily making passing from one side to the other a breeze.
I wish I had thought of this sooner but couldn't believe a gate for under 100 bucks would really hold up to the intense pressure two warring pups would put on it.
So far, not a slip, or a move - I wouldn't hesitate to buy this gate again.

It is tall. As soon as you grasp the opening mechanism (which is easy) it works the way it should. It serves its purpose well.

my dog knows how to open the gate....

Great gate--have an earlier version by the same manufacturer as well. However, in less than two minutes my Jack Russell terrier figured out how to open the new gate and get out. I've nicknamed her Hannah Houdini.

The Sure and Secure? Extra Tall Gate is 36" tall. The gate is pressure mounted requiring no tools for installation. Simple one handed operation. Door swings closed and locks automatically. Includes one 5" and one 10" extension. Fits doorways from 28" to a maximum of 47.5" wide.
