Whenever you need a hard drive replacement for your computer Western Digital is the one to buy. They are a trusted company with a very good reputation and have always been the one I do business with. The tools they have included now on CD with their hard drives have saved my data countless of times. Great company is my opinion.

Inexpensive and Fast

Western Digital products are usually pretty reliable. This Caviar hard disk drive arrived in great shape and was well packaged. I always wish they packaged HDDs with a new IDE cable, but that's not a negative comment against the drive as much as the manufacturers. I think its a little noisey compared to a fully enclosed drive but nothing at all annoying about the noise level. Very satisfied thus far.
