refillable, but messy

The item works and advertised although it is messy to clean. Unfortunately I can't use it because the Senseo coffee maker it was purchased for was defective TWICE and was ultimately returned for refund.

Pretty neat, works as advertised

I have a Senseo SL7810 and a Capresso Infinity burr grinder and I am pretty satisfied with the Ecopads. If you have medium-roast beans, the 2-cup setting will be a little weak, but I usually only make the 1-cup size anyway. Just make sure you grind the beans extra-fine.

Is the result the same as what you would get with a real espresso machine? No, but the Senseo/Ecopad/Grinder combo is like 1/10 the price and hassle.
