the quality of this product is beyond my imagination. light and very comfortable. keep my waist and back warm. after a while, I don't even remember I have this on. I can see that I will use it for a long time.

Helped shrink my belly after having a baby

I noticed my waist shrinking right away and people kept commenting on how good I looked. All I did was breastfeed and use this product and the weight really started to come off. Now that I've started exercising I'm using it again to help target that area.

It's great for the price.

It does what it is intended to do. I would have paid 14+ dollars for a similar or less quality trimmer at Big5 Sporting Goods, which I did prior to buying this one. Neoprene will make you sweat no matter what brand you buy. The big issue is comfort. Some of these may have the velcro too close to the edge and that may overlap and cause discomfort. This is not the case for the Valeo trimmer. It was a good buy.

Good way to lose water weight, but drinks lots and HYDRATE!!

Yes, this product does what it says...which is make your middle literally pour out water. The belt looked positively GROSS after a hard dance class (which I thought was WONDERFUL!) However, the next day I felt weak and lightheaded, only to discover that my blood pressure was dangerously low (87/65)due to dehydration!!! I do drinks lots of water, but no where near enough to rehydrate after the fluid loss this belt causes. After this, I will be certain to drink plenty of G2 and water before, during, and after my workout. Be forewarned!!!!!!

I thought it might be a scam, but the price was right.
Very happy with the results, 15 minutes and you are wet.
