Works as intended

Worked as intended. I ran the SA Marathon on Nov. 11 and used the tabs instead of sports drink.

Excellent for endurance athletes

I use these when training and racing ultramarathons, marathons, and endurance events. I find them immensely helpful--I rarely bonk, and try to remember to take these every hour or so. If you cramp, they'll help. Also, when it's quite hot or humid, even if I'm only doing an easy six miles, I'll still take one, as I feel like it helps balance me out.
