ICE, FROZEN FRUIT, SOIL MILK, CANNED FRUIT, FRESH FRUIT. Every morning I toss this mix in - hold the button for probably no more 20 seconds and it's perfectly done. Perfectly smoothied.

Do not try to make a milkshake with this blender. It is not going to work :(
