These little babies rock. Don't let the price fool you. I did my research on what to look for in a speaker as I was buying them first for my husband and then for my adult daughter, both musicians and have a critical ear for sound quality. Logitech did not let me down both husband and daughter are enormously pleased with these speakers.

this thing is perfect for my room. it's loud and durable. it's cheap and i think it's the best deal out there. the logitech is highly recommended

Better than Average

The speakers are excellent quality and provide many useful features. The only thing that I would change is the headphone jack in the control speaker. It is useful placement, but has some bugs. You should turn off the speakers when hooking up your headphones, failure to do so results in your headphones having some difficulties and not playing your music, while music still plays out of the other 2 speakers (- the one with the jack). It would be nice if the speakers recognized that you were putting in headphones and automatically compensated for it.
But that being my only complaint, no complaints with quality of sound or ability to reach high volumes without distortion, it is an excellent speaker system. I would highly recommend for people who want good quality speakers but don't wish to spend a lot for a home theater or have the room for a 5 speaker set up.

Nice speakers

Good speakers for the price. Newegg store has many good reviews on this
speakers but unfortunately it is out of stoke there.
The 2.1 configuration is the minimal for getting acceptable sound with good bass component from two relatively small front speakers. This speakers also has adequate sound quality but a little bit obsolete looking for me.
I would recommend this speakers for anyone seeking good inexpensive units especially for black monitor.

Great Sound Quality and Bass for the price

I bought these speakers on here about a month ago (brand new) for $40 including shipping. They are excellent and I am very happy I bought them. My labtop speakers were not loud enough and these logitech speakers provided me the crisp bass and sound quality I wanted. Highly reccommend getting these speakers! I also love the convienent volume nomb and the speakers can by used with a sound manager program, which is great cause I control how I want my sound to be. Don't wait to buy these speakers they work great with ipods and mp3 players, so purchase them now!
