Great return of a classic Aurora sci-fi model kit

A retooled mold brings this 60s sci-fi kit back to the hands of today's kit builders!

Not QUITE accurate to the sets & miniatures of the original show... the passenger compartment should have 2 more seats, the control yokes are not included with the pilot's console, plus the top dome is round instead of teardrop-shaped... but these are all true to the original Aurora model.

Wouldn't take much to fix the mistakes, as there are plenty of references & replacement decal sheets out there... or just build it "as is" for nostalgia value.

Land of the Giants, an Irwin Allen production, was produced in the 1960s, but it can still be seen today in syndication all across the world. From the trenches of an over-sized world, a group of humans band together to survive. Every week, the characters would travel to new destinations and adventures in their Spindrift Spaceship. Polar Lights has been busy to bring you the Spindrift Spaceship from Land of the Giants. This kit is molded in color and includes a special clear plastic stand so you can get the effect of the craft flying. Requires plastic cement.
