Excellent

They were excellent at staying in contact with me and getting me the shipping numbers and everything. The product was damaged in transit and they were excellent about how to return the product so I wasn't charged for shipping and then re-shipped another knife set with all of the correct information. I would definitely order from them again.

Beautiful Knives

I bought these knives a few weeks ago so that I would have a nice knife set when I move into my new apartment next month. These knives are in storage right now, but they seemed incredibly sharp when I opened them upon arrival. They are attractive knives and seem like they will stand the test of time. I am a college student and on a tight budget, and I priced knife sets at numerous places before I bought these. The Ginsus were a great buy for the price. Most retail stores charge $40+ for their cheapest sets, and these are far superior in quality than all of the cheaper sets I looked at. I can't wait until I move so that I can start using them!
