Yes, It actually works

I originally started using this not because it was supposed to be thickening, but because it smells wonderful. And the scent lasts all day long. I would alternate conditioners with this one and another - Pantene - and the days that I use the Bb Thickening conditioner (with or without the shampoo - which I also have) there is noticeable added volume to my hair - which is very fine and straight. HOWEVER - I'm only giving it four stars because you have to blow out your hair to notice the difference. I do that anyway, and I feel like most people with thin hair would also blow it out when trying to add volume to it, so it's not that big a deal. But, it also leaves my hair a little "wild", and I have to tame the ends with a flat iron. That said, I blow out my hair every day anyway - This stuff works and smells great - It's worth the hefty price tag. I love it.

Great product. Only conditioner I've ever found that actually makes my hair feel thicker.

Great hair conditioner. My hair is on the fine side and colored...so I need to thicken while treating it with care. I love this conditioner. It leaves my hair healthy, full of volume and the smell is fantastic! It is expensive but worth every penny.
