Bought this item as unlocked and I am not pleased with the programs that was left in, like the graphics and ringtones, wasn't much, I was expecting fully loaded stuff, but it's okay, I could downloads stuff.It takes great pix and it's got lots of room and potentials. But other than that,this product is as explained and best of all the price is right."awesome!!
