Great features

I have enjoyed using the Sonic Boom Alarm clock. I am now on my second clock (they changed the color and made some minor cosmetic adjustments between the two). The features are great. I love that I can plug my lamp into the back of it. My only complaint is that I've only gotten about three years life span out of each clock. Both have had a different problem, but neither has lasted as long as I would like.

Great loudness level - bed shaker works wonders! I especially like the plug-in for my bedside lamp

ONE HUGE DRAWBACK - I cannot leave this clock plugged in all the time! Each time I plug it in, I have to reset it!
Reason being: this clock messes with my cell phone (a motorola phone) and whenever my cellphone is charging and this clock is plugged in - the clock's alarm will just keep going off!!! Really annoying drawback, now I am back to my regular alarm clock and whenever I have something especially important I will plug this one in for good measure.

great alarm clock

a very loud alarm and I love that vibrating alarm. I have a hard time getting up and I really like this alarm clock. I fact I think I will order another one.

Average at best

Maybe I'm just to heavy of a sleeper, but this performed well under my expectations. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because it did come with the vibrator part and the buzzer sound was able to be adjusted by volume and by pitch (low pitch to high pitch). I never tried hooking up a lamp to it, although you could add that too. I just didn't like it all.

Works very well overall, but needs alot of improvements.

My suggestions on improving this item would be to make the little black buttons larger and of a different material. They feel flimsy and started wearing out after several months. They should look and/or feel different from each other too. The placement of the snooze button takes some getting used to because it is not on top of the clock, but on the lower portion of the front. Reliability needs to improve too because it will spontaneously alarm even after you turn the alarm off. I had too start unplugging the shaker and lamp every morning. It also started alarming during the night which also led to unplugging it. I have had this product for less than a year.
