This tea is the best one for stomach aches, holiday over-eating, to helping with digestion for people with digestive disorders (Crohn's Disease, IBS). I have heard that for people that have GERD, should not drink this tea because the peppermint may cause issues or acid reflux. As with any supplements or wellness type products, one should consult their doctor before using. This tea really works for me and I usually steep two teabags to get faster results. FYI - The price that amazon has is cheaper than buying direct from Celestial Seasonings website.
