ProgressoSoups have always been a hit in my family. Now, with my kids getting older, they can just microwave their own soup whenever they are hungry, whether it's meal time or not. Much better than junk food they might stuff themselves with!

Average quality minestrone soup
This soup is not bad. I agree with another reviewer that the broth is a little thick and salty for my taste. I watered it down with a 1/3 cup of water, and that actually improved it a quite a bit (I put the soup and water in a bowel and heated it together so it mixed). I bought these because I thought they would be really convenient for taking to work (which they are) but mixing with water and heating in my own bowl detracts from that a bit. Relatively tasty, a little salty, full of good vegis, this soup is repeatable, but won't be one of my favorites.
