One of these a day should help you get rid of general health concerns or any other medical condition that could require you to use this product. Use these tablets by the expiration date printed on the label of the bottle.

If you have any questions or concerns, consult a doctor or a nutritionist BEFORE taking these pills. They may have you take something else instead of Vitamin E or they may want you to take these pills in conjunction with something else.
