A pleasant way to get your calcium

These were recommended to me by my GYN as I'm not yet 40 and showing signs of perimenopause.

While tasty (like a slightly chalkier Tootsie Roll) they do upset my stomach if not taken right after a meal. I also have a gastrointestinal disease that may contribute to this upset, so this may be specific to me.

Overall, much more pleasant than taking Tums and something to look forward to after a meal that gives you stronger bones!

My husband loves them

So what if they are for women, my husband won't take horse pills (or other swallowing type vitamins but he loves chocolates so this works for us! I figure giving him these is better than the alternative of nothing. One comment though, compared to the Viactiv Vitamin D-K chocolate chews (which are delicious), these are very medicine-y tasting. I won't eat them myself because of that.
