Fast Metabolism, under weight

I'm 6'0 134 pounds. I WAS 6'0 118 pounds. I WAS 14 pounds underweight for the Marines, and I have 6months to gain the needed weight. I purchased this stuff about 2 months ago and changed my diet to a high calorie diet. I went from 2000 calories to about 5000+. I take 2 scoops with a 16oz glass of whole milk. Drink three of these a day morning, post workout, before bed, and eat a healthy diet you are on your way to gaining weight. I had and still have a very fast metabolism if I miss a meal or slack one day I'll lose a pound or two. If you have a fast metabolism like me then this still WILL work if you do everything else properly IE diet, exercise... Also stay away from processed sugars. I found out that this slows down your digestive system and will cause your body to run off your reserve fat or eat muscle tissue, and if you are gaining weight this will only hurt you. Also (sorry I keep remembering new things to add as I go) turn your 3 meals a day into 6 smaller meals.

Cytogainer amongst best gainer.

This stuff is great! Although it could get a little expensive if you follow the suggested serving to gain optimum results, I definitely see the difference from when I first started drinking it. Though with any protein shakes you have to go do some hard work from your part or bad news for you.

Flavors I've tried so far:

Cookies and Creme - ehh... didn't really catch on to it. You might need to mix it with milk to taste better.

Chocolate Malt- Tasted like those gallon chocolate milk you buy from the supermarket if you mix it with water. My favorite so far.

Chocolate Mint- Really good if you like minty after taste all the way to the back of your throat.

Other than that, I'm very satisfied with the results.

Taste Great, and Does the job well

For the past 2 months, i have taken Cytogainer twice a day ( After workout, and before bed: Recommenced by a personal trainer at my gym) and i have gained 9 lbs during this time period. Now, besides taking this 2 times a day, you should also have 4 other meals ( real food, no supplements). I must say, im very impressed with its overall taste when added to 2%milk. You don't have to use 4 scoops all the time either; most of the time, i only use 3 scoops and as you can see, its working for me. I recommend this to anyone that wants to gain muscle (not fat), works hard, and wants results.

IF YOU DO NOT EXERCISE WHILE USING THIS, you will gain fat. Please understand this, i workout 6 days a week ( mon - sat, each day working on different muscles).

It's awesome if you maintain a strict diet and workout routine.

I've gained almost five pounds after my first tub. There's some water build up in your muscles from the creatine but it wears down after not working out for a couple days. Also, watch your diet or this stuff is gonna make you fat.
