Comfort and functionality

I really love this bluetooth device. It paired easily to both my cell phone and Blackberry. It's a very comfortable fit on my ear and I like how the earpiece fits slightly inside your ear. I sometimes get alot of noise on the Blackberry; but not on my Motorola flip when using this. I may eventually get the higher-end model of this. Battery charge lasts forever. I would purchase this again if I had to do it all over again.

great quality for the price

I have had this device for almost two years. It is great as far as I am concerned. I like that the ear piece fits into my ear. I don't like the ones that just sit against the ear, I can't hear out of those that well. I have small ears so the over the ear piece is great for me. I use it in the car, on my bike, working around the house or at my work with my phone in a holster. The only drawback is that there isn't noise reduction on this model. If it is very windy, forget about anyone being able to hear what you are saying. Otherwise, it is a very good headset and very easy to use and set up.

Highly Recommend for a Basic Bluetooth

I purchased this item as a basic hands-free option for my Motorola Razr. I can hear clearly, people can hear me clearly, and the ear piece fits comfortably. It's a basic model that is very easy to use and serves its purpose well. It was at least $15 cheaper to buy on amazon compared to a retail store, and I'm very happy with my purchase.

it's ok

This headset is clear on both ends of the conversation, it's ez to pair, & it works all the time (as it doesn't keep disconnecting like some headsets). The major problem is comfort--it's not.

We love it

We've tried others but this just works great. Fits well, isn't falling off all the time. No problems. Generally am happy with Plantronics products anyway. Only annoying thing is how bright the blue flashing light is -- like when you're driving at night.
