Love to listen to music

I have never been up with technology. My friend always had music on his phone and was listening to it all the time. I wanted to do the same. Going into this not sure I came out very pleased. I have a M520 phone and I listen to music all the time now. It has loud speakers and eliminates background noises. I haven't quite figured out how to answer the calls because when I hit the button on he headphones my phone freezes up. I really enjoy them.

Great, except...

These are terrific for listening to music (I have an LG Voyager w/ 8 GB micro SD). But when a call comes in I have a hard time hearing myself. It may be that I haven't found the right button...but people can hear me while to me I sound muted.

I bought these for cell phone use, so I could hear my phone calls in stereo while driving. At the level where it's loud enough for ME to hear, the headset creates a BAD echo for the other party on the phone, so half the time I have to turn it off and just use my straight cell phone.

Another annoyance, although more minor, is that the ear pads always flip around when I take them off, so in order to put them on I have to use two hands to fiddle around and flip the pads so that they face my ears. And yes, the flashing blue light is annoying, especially if I forget to turn the headset off before I go to bed, but the positive side of it is they are easy to find at night in the car, like a lighthouse in the fog!

I will say I have had them almost a year now and I have had no operation problems. I guess if you were using them primarily for music they would be a great product, but since I want a stereo headset for cell phone use in the car, I am back on Amazon searching for a replacement...
