Works great!

This is the only whey protein powder that mixes easily. I stir when I am pouring the powder into the glass. However, I am not worried about clumps because if one waits a few minutes, the powder dissolves completely. It is a nice consistancy that is easy to drink. I mix the protein in water and I sweeten it with a few drops of liquid stevia (SweetLeaf). The stevia does not add calories and is a natural product. Also, you get a lot of protein grams for the calorie count.

VANILLA- Good protein, flavor not the best

Maybe it's just me, but the flavor is not very good. Could be that it's the first vanilla protein I try, but I prefer Chocolate. Th flavor is kind of chalky...

It mixes ok, you have to stir a little but it's ok. I tried it with water. I'm comparing the mixability with Body Fortress's whey protein, which mixes very easily.

The good part is the protein grams you get per serving. That's one of the best things about this protein. And as someone said, cholesterol is very low, so it's a great balance of protein vs. cholesterol.

I'll write another review once I've tried the chocolate flavor.

Great Protein Source

After trying several whey mixes, I rate NOW Whey Protein Isolate powder #1. Each serving has 25 grams of protein with very few additions. It is low in calories. And where most whey proteins have 70 or more milligrams of cholesterol per serving, NOW Whey Isolate only has 4 mg! It's a Great Product!

Good stuff

This protein powder mixes well and is not at all gritty. Every morning I drink a yogurt smoothie, which consists of a small container of yogurt, a scoop of protein powder and a pack of splenda, add ice and a little water or skim milk to thin it out. Its a great breakfast, and the protein contained in one scoop is enough to keep me going for hours.

I was a bit suprised at the size of the container so if your a person who has little kitchen cabinet space you may want to stick with the 1lb container which lasts about 2 weeks at 1 serving per day.
