Great Deal on Compact Speakers

Foremost, I purchased this set to take with me on backpacking trips and use with my iPod. So from that perspective, they are perfect - lightweight, compact and fairly well-made. I noticed a lot of reviewers are disappointed about the sound. Well, considering these cost roughly $10 w/shipping, I think you get what you pay for and then some. These are replacing an old pair of Sony portable speakers roughly 5x the size and the sound is actually as good if not better. One important thing I noticed about the sound quality is to set your equalizer for treble boost - this seems to add a bit of clarity and allows louder volumes w/o distortion on the iPod. I can't speak for using these on a laptop or cell phone, but I'm 100% satisfied for use with the iPod.

GREAT SOUND FOR THE PRICE

I've had these speakers for about a month now and they work very well. I have been using them at work with an MP3 player and the sound quality is very good for the price I payed. I work in a loud environment so I have the level at full blast and the charge on the speakers lasts around 5 hours. Overall I am very satisfied with the quality of these speakers.

This speakers are simple to use and have a long lasting battery life when fully charged. They are loud enough to fill a hotel room with beats, as well as carry a clear tune over the sound of crashing waves at the beach! But be warned, everyone around you will want to take them from you!

Great little speakers

Purchased this to supplement my Dell laptop's very inadequate speakers. Read all the reviews, needed something small, portable that would run off the computers power. This does all that, and I am very satisfied with it. I love that it folds up - like I said, I needed portable; and it works great with my ipod, too. No, it isn't the BEST sound, it's rather tinny, but I expected that. But in a room where the sound can disburse a bit, it's quite amazing, really. And for the price...it's a great buy.

Killer Deal

This product is odd to say the least.

It is listed under it's model number: MSP-100 LG Portable Stereo Speakers
as being $50. However, this particular product I am reviewing is identical in all respects and can be had for less than $10.

The speaker is roughly the size of a flip cell phone, contains an internal rechargeable battery, comes with a battery recharging cable, a felt pouch, and 2 audio jack cables (along with an adapter for cell phones).

Honestly, when I first received these speakers, I feared that I must have ordered the wrong product. I checked my purchases and it was listed as a $9.85 purchase (including shipping). As I said before these speakers look identical to the $50 product, and they behave like a $50 product. The sound quality is a little above average for a product of it's size. What's really impressive is how loud these speakers can get and still maintain good sound. These speakers can fill rooms with sound.

If anyone is interested in cheap portable speakers, I highly recommend that you buy these and quickly. These speakers are worth far more than their selling price.
