Results Oriented Protein

My primary goal when taking this protein was making gains in lean muscle. I weighed 140 lbs. when I started (I'm 5'8" for reference) and wanted to move up to 150 with significant strength increases. I have been lifting regularly for a few years, but am not a gym rat - 2-3 times per week, usually a little over an hour.

I have been trying various proteins, and finally succumbed to their marketing and gave it try. I broke two barriers withen about 2 months of use - my weight finally broke 145 (i'm now 148 for the first time in my life!) and my bench broke 205 - Now up to 220.

These are things that hadn't really been changing despite my previous work, so I credit this protein. That being said, it does taste pretty bad, especially in comparison to MuscleMilk - but as another reviewer said, you're taking this for a reason, not for a flavor escape - man up and drink it!

Great Product!

Nitro-tech is the best protein I have used to date. I have tried a few different ones on the market (Six Star, Optimum, Muscle Milk, etc) but Nitro has the best taste, best texture and best results. I've used it for 2 years now, and won't switch to anything else!

The chocolate is the best overall flavor. Very easy to mix (shaker or blender) and tastes awesome blened with a banana or a little peanut butter! For the price at All-star health, buy a 2 lbs. tub and try it for yourself. It's good Shizzle!

Very good results

I've been using this for a month stacking it with celltech.

And ive gained lots of lean muscle.

I do reccomend this. Excelent product.

Just one thing.. when u dont use the blender.. the taste is not as good when u just shake/mix. thats why i gave for stars
