Best mouse for me

I bought this mouse for a friend.I have been using this type mouse for a couple of years and am addicted to them. I use one at home on my desk computer and one on the road with my laptop.
I enjoy kicking back in my chair with my legs propped on my desk, and the mouse in hand on my lap doing whatever has to be done.
I usually buy mine from Cyberguys but was told by one of their order takers that they had been discontinued. I "PANICKED" and went on a search and found this gaudy green thing.I prefer the black model myself. The young lady I purchased the "Gaudy" green one for thought it was "Kool".
When I found out I had been given bad info about them being discontinued I immediately ordered 5 black ones.

Good, but has limitations!

I do like this little guy but it has two limitations:

1, You can't easily switch from typing to mouse-moving unless you leave it sitting on its side all the time. and

2, The "scrolling" feature does not work like a mouse wheel. I had to install a freeware tool to make windows scroll when I was holding the middle button. The scroll button does -click- like the mouse wheel clicks but I could not get any scrolling just by holding the button and moving the wheel.

Besides these two facts, and the fact that feels a bit cheaply made, I really do enjoy it, especially for 13 bucks. My wrists are happy wrists now!, but I wonder if any old track-ball would have worked for that.
