As Advertised, not a knock-off or a similar model, or one which has the first same number without the suffix letters. A pleasure with all including delivery.

Awesome product

I owned two previous Omrons in the last 12 years and this model so far is the best. I like the ease of use and its user-friendliness in giving me all the info that I asked for in one click of the button. My wife who is not gadget-savy finds it very satisfying that it is easy and understanding to use. It is very easy to use...one of the best.

After reading two independent reviews on this Blood Pressure Cuff, both with top of the line ratings, I made the purchase and found the reviews were right on target. This HEM-780N3 unit is very easy to use and has excellent features, such as previous BP memory readings for two different individuals. One can carry the unit to their physician's appointment and show them the list of your previous measurements. The cuff is easy to slip on with one hand, push the button, and your blood pressure is measured.

The Omron HEM-780, featuring the ComFit Cuff, fits arms 9" to 17", accommodating both standard adults and individuals suffering from obesity, who are among those with the greatest risk of health problems. The HEM-780 provides a more accurate measurement through personalized inflation for each individual. With IntelliSense technology, the HEM-780 enables the blood pressure monitor to inflate and deflate at the optimum level. The HEM-780 also has can store up to 90 readings with the date and time to monitor the progress of blood pressure over time.
