great with my flat ballet shoes

It is really a big difference to walk with it, without my feet have been hurting with one pair of shoes.....only one little problem, the cups are moving inside your shoe when you walk (the part under the cup which is in contact with the shoe, the one with little square) and I think that could affect the balance of the body, especially if you run or the floor is wet, I tryed those cups with running shoes and other closed shoes, same feeling....still a great product anyway, my feet don't hurt!

Instant relief

AS soon as I put the Tulis heel cups in my shoes and put them on, I had instant relief. They won't heal Plantar F. but you sure get great relief from it.

Serious heel cushioning

If you are looking for heel cushions where you can really feel a difference, these are the ones. It took a week or so to adjust to the way they feel in my shoe, since they raised my foot up a little bit. I'm not sure if they adjusted to me or I adjusted to them, but after a week or so, walking became more comfortable. Other heel pads or insoles I have used wear down very quickly, or are so flimsy they're like nothing. These really give your heels a comfortable cushion with just the right amount of support.
