Love, Love, Love these!
I am a preschool teacher and Sunday school teacher as well. I use these color
bells
for both classes and they have held up. The kids love them, the parents cry (for joy) :) when they hear their children play them, and they make a wonderful sound. I have a total of four sets due to the number of children I have. They make a wonderful addition to any program or performance.
Great Educational Toy
These
hand
bells
are a great educational toy and a very good way to introduce children and babies to music. They are especially fun when used in a group, where every child or parent gets a bell. They are very bright and colorful and the sound is nice and loud. I wish the notes were actually imprinted on the bells, because my baby peeled the stickers with the notes off within the first five minutes. But this is definitely a great
musical
toy.

Great gift!
My daughter received these for her 5th b-day but her 7.5 year old brother quickly claimed ownership. He can't get enough of them! He's been learning to play the piano and this just enhances his skills and makes it more fun to practice.
I wish we had more than one octave! And, instructions on how real
hand
bells
are played would have been nice (do you begin with them down on their side or standing upright?)
The sound is great and so far they seem durable (other than the stickers for letters--might have to sharpie those on once the stickers fall off!)

Lovely Bells
We bought these for our 4 year old who had discovered these
bells
at a friends house. He LOVES to pick one or two and run around the house and ring them (I know, could be a nightmare but the bells sound nice). He plays with sound combinations. We have a piano and he is learning to match the notes from the bells to those on the piano. Low key self driven learning. The bells are sturdy, are well tuned and are labeled. The only reason it didn't get a 5 for durability is that each bell has a sticker on the TOP of the
hand
le indicating its
musical
note. These stickers don't stick well and are already falling off. It would be better if the note were engraved in the metal of the bell (there is a number engraved on each!) or in the plastic handle.
