Sonic-ness

The Sonic Screwdriver, Amazing idea ^_^ the toy is a great representation of it. Some people might go all, oh the measurements aren't right and this little thing isn't right. But I don't care so meh.

Just what I wanted

This was pretty much what I expectd. It's made of plastic pretty good quallity. It lights up and makes the same sound as from the show. It also functions as a pen. It's just what I wanted and well worth the price I paid.

I needed to treat my geeky fangirl side, so I got one of these to annoy people with. :) I've been very happy with it. I had minor difficulties putting the batteries in because of the odd design, but once I figured it out everything was great. It feels sturdy enough to me, I haven't experienced it to be overly fragile like some but I keep it up on top of my bookshelf most of the time when I'm not using it, so who knows. All I know is that it's served me perfectly since I got it months back.

One thing of note: when I received it the UV pen nib was defective, I had to contact the manufacturer for a replacement via e-mail. They were courteous and didn't even ask for proof that I had bought it, they just asked for an address to ship a replacement to and it was done. Definite plus.

If you are a Dr. Who fan you'll really get a kick out of this....
Two position , fully articulated pen and a cool incandescent light that actually shows the glow-in-the-dark ink that is also provided with the pad.

It even has a replaceable cap for more secret writing. It is fun and extremely accurate in size and design to the original used on the series.

Great for collecters and Fans

I have had my Dr who sonic screwdriver for over a year and it has held up nicely. be careful of the screw cover it likes to come off in pockets sometimes. in has two sounds from the show and it be extended unlike other sonic screwdrivers out there. the ink tip won't last long but if you mail it to the address in the manual they will send a replacement that will like just as long as the first. I like the psychic paper wallet that comes with it even though its not paper but plastic you can use the UV ilk tip to write messages on it and use the screwdriver light to read it again and the wipe to write another messages.
