How Cool!!!!
First- I have spent lots of money on my
Sansa
s. We have purchased six
players
plus accessories so it was truly a difficult decision to allow for another 20 bucks on a
case
seeing that I already owned a perfectly good one. That was before I read the reviews.
Now having said that- I now own this case. I have bought the really thin rubber one, the leather ones, the really rugged leather ones, the flip type, you name it. this is the best of the bunch.
This case is so easy to assemble- just snap it together. They must have known that you wouldn't want to touch the very beautiful front so they made the backing with a grippable yet durable material. The
mirrored
front is so beautiful and easy to clean. I can't tell you how many people have asked to look at it, or what kind of players is it, or the most common question-how can you tell what you're doing and how does it works. All you see is the
reflect
ive face and then BAMM!! As soon as you turn it on or activate any control, the screen comes alive.
If you are extremely hard on your player or drop it often, this may not be the case for you. you can still wear your player with the provided lanyard around your neck to remedy that though.I do this, and I recommend that anyway. But for those who handle your player moderately this is a must have.
Read the reviews for this product while seaching for a cover or a case for your Sansa
E200
Series
player. If you buy this one first, you will not feel the need to constantly upgrade as I have done. You'll be glad you purchased this one.

Just got it - love it so far - and it works with the Sansa Base Station
I decided to go all out with a new
mp3
player (anythingbutipod) and bought the
Sansa
e280. The
chrome
case
looks really cool and so far I don't have trouble seeing the screen, but that is indoors. I will add another comment when I use it in my car. The case seems sturdy and it just looks fabulous! The buttons adjacent to the wheel are a little harder to access, but I use the tips of my fingers instead of the pads and that works. Last, for those of you who want a whole integrated sound system around your mp3, I bought the Sansa Base Station and it comes with two "slider" or "guide" attachments that you stick on depending on the size of your Sansa player. Well, with the
Griffin
case, the player will not slide into the "slider" but I since it is an attachment I decided not to attach it at all, which means I connect the player directly to the base station without the slider, and with my Griffin
Reflect
case still on. Works perfectly.
My only complaint is that now this is too cool to use to go for a sweaty jog, so I will still use my pre-historic Creative 512mb Muvo for jogging (also since that case has a clip and this one doesn't anyway). This baby, plus the base station and my new Creative Inspire T3100 speakers are my home stereo system, and the Sansa 280 with the Griffin Reflect case is now my music player for my car.
Sorry for the long and winding review, but it's all working beautifully well!
Three months later: I've used the Sansa in my car and yes, on sunny days it is difficult to see the screen. I won't even try to use it while driving, only if I'm at a red light or parked. I don't mind though, because I'm still happy with how nice it looks. It's a teeny bit scratched but the point is to protect the player and it does that very well.

Cool, but...
I like this cover and it does look cool, but it does scratch easily. The cover does not make it difficult to view the screen. I actually think it enhances the picture in either bright or low light. It does make it a little bulkier, but not a lot.

Nice looking case while offering great protection
I purchased this
mp3
case
for my daughter. She needed mp3 screen protection and wanted something to set her apart from the ordinary cases.
As mentioned in other reviews, the color is slightly darker than appears in picture. The color is more of a shiny gunmetal than a shiny silver with black cover for the back.
The screen appears the case color until the mp3 is turned on. We have noticed no problems seeing the screen and have not had to adjust the brightness.
As mentioned before, the case offers great protection. The case rpovides openings for charging.
Good deal!
