Monitor and scale

I needed a scale to keep track of my weight and body fat properly and this was very good in doing that. Most other scales were always off by 4 to five pounds, this scale is very accurate in giving the proper weight within 1/10tenth of an ounce. Very pleased with this Omron HFB-400 Body Fat Monitor and Scale.

Great Scale, Great Price

This is a review for the HBF-400 model. I had been looking for a scale for a while. Amazon's price was unbeatable compared to scales I had been looking at in retail stores, including Bed Bath and Beyond and Target. (I bought from Amazon.com, not the other seller, because of Amazon's reputation. The site said it wouldn't ship for several weeks, but as I suspected the product shipped much sooner than estimated.) The scale provides a BMI read-out based on your height (manually entered) and weight, and also a body fat percentage estimate based on analysis of how a small electrical current travels through your body. Everything I wanted. Works great. Unlike other reviewers, I suspect I do have as high of a body fat percentage as it says!

Omron HBF-400 Body Fat Monitor and Scale

The product does exactly what it is described to do. I do not know how accurate it is vs. getting your body fat checked at the nutritionist or the gym, but it is a consistent number, giving you a nice benchmark to view your progress. I particularly like the fact that you can enter information for up to 4 family members as well as a 'guest' entry. It saves you last entry to help you see your progress. Nice tool at a nice price. Definately recommended.

The best from this type

Recently I have tried at least 5 different kinds and brands, and only this one actually worked perfect, with very good precission. Finally I'm happy with body scale I have.
