good case, screen scratches very easily

I really like this case, it fits nice on the nano. I like that the wheel is covered but is still very accessible. I also like that it is made of the rubbery i-skin material, but the front is covered by a protective hard plastic piece. My only complaint is that the screen scratches very easily so my screen now looks blurry. But I guess its better than the i-pod screen being scratched so this case does its job.

I would recommend this product to others. It is better than most of the cases that I have seen.

Clunky - but seemingly effective

I bought this a while back for my first iPod... I thought it was really clunky looking, and the silicon sleeve that fits on the iPod made it harder to use things like the hold button and dock. But it did seem like it protected the iPod well.

When I lost my first iPod and ended up buying a replacement, I ordered a gelaskin instead. It is much prettier and I no longer have issues with getting it to dock or using the hold button, but it is probably less protected in case of falls and bumps.

Pretty Sweet

This thing is pretty awesome. It offers two layers of protection, the silicone that covers the entire device plus the aluminum covering on the front, completely protecting my Nano. The aluminum front also includes a clear plastic LCD protector, eliminating potential scratches on the screen. In addition, the covering does not hinder my manipulation of the click wheel. This thing feels really solid, but does not add a lot of bulk to my Ipod and looks nice as well. The only downside is that the plastic clip is a bit flimsy and is not detachable, but it still comes in handy at times. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Duo to anyone looking to protect their Ipod.

The Best iPod Case Around

There is no iPod case more well-rounded than this one. Sure, it may not protect it as much as a hard plastic case, but those are bulky and ugly. This case is a rubber cover that slides right over the Nano, making it unnoticably bigger. It is as if it doesn't even have a case. This cover is sleek and looks good, and it keeps dust out and covers every area of the iPod except the needed areas (plugs on the bottom and hold button on the top). The Nano is practically unchanged. The cover is only about 3 millimeters thick, protecting it and keeping it small. The rubber surface prevents me from dropping it. Great product.

Good Protection

I am quite pleased with the iSkin Duo. It is a tight fit, but as a result it keeps the iPod from slipping out. The case consists of two pieces: the tight skin with a clip that goes directly on the iPod (and covers all but the screen and headphone input and port), and the hard case that hugs the front of the skin/iPod and covers the screen.

The clip:
-It has no spring, so I am not sure how long it will last without snapping.
-It seems that you can not separate the clip from the skin without damaging at least one of them.
-It only has 180 degrees of rotation, so you can't turn it upside down (I prefer one that has 360 degrees, but for most this is probably not an issue)
-It does not rotate easily. If you wear pants that are made with light material, when you attempt to rotate it, you will end up just twisting your pants. But for those that prefer it not to move around, this is a good thing.

The case:
For the most part it fits the Ipod quite well. The only exception is the hole for the "hold" switch does not line up. Turning "hold" off is not a problem. Switching it on, though, takes a little bit of effort sometimes (emphasis on "little").

This also comes with a a lanyard attached to a plug that fits into the port. This can be used instead of/as a backup to the clip.

All in all it is a good product, and I would definitely recommend it.
