Great, inexpensive product.

I recently started looking for a wireless transmitter for my Zune (1st Gen). I decided to try the Zune Car Pack v2 even tough it had 3/5 stars rating and some very negative reviews. I tried to make it work and it did work with some (very few) radio stations but i never got the sound quality i was looking for. So basically i ended up with a very expensive ($59.99 at that time) Zune car charger.

Then i came across the product on this page and decided to try it out since it was very cheap. I've been using it for almost a week now and let me tell you, i'm very impressed.

After opening it up, popping in some AAA batteries, connecting my Zune to it, searching for an available radio station and tuning it with the receiver, i was ready to go. First station i found (88.9 i believe) worked like a charm. I got near CD quality in most songs, and the others CD quality, i kid you not. I was blown away. Since then, i've tried 2 others stations and i got the same results.

I also tried it with my PSP and my DS Lite and got the same excellent result.

Since it has a standard 3.5 mm Audio Input Jack, it works with most devices and based on these three tests i've had with it, i'd say this is one of the most attractive features about this product.

I can't speak about durability because of obvious reasons, but so far so good and i believe this thing deserves 5 stars based on price/ productivity ratio alone.

A piece of advice, get yourself a pair of rechargable AAA batteries. They'll come in handy.

I was impressed. It works. Great price. Performance depends on the quality of the reciever. The better the radio speakers the better the sound.

I bought the Coby Transmitter and I am very happy with it. The thing broadcasts well. But one concern I had was sliding switches and dirt, because I use mine in the car. so I put it in a clear baggie and sealed it with a rubber band. You can see all the controls and its protected from dirt.

Pretty good

This is a pretty good little tool. I've got a Sony MP3 player with a proprietary connector so I needed something that would work with a standard headphone jack. You occasionally get static but the Coby allows you to choose which FM frequency you use so it's not a problem. Just took a 5 hour road trip over the weekend and it performed beautifully. Can't beat the price.
