Good Quality Very Low Price

This product is of great quality and construction. The price is low and affordable. I'm very happy with the HDMI cable. It arrived via UPS a fews days after ordering. Great!!!!

It does not work with my laptop

The reason I got this long cable was to be able to connect to my big screen tv in the living room to show pictures and clips from my trips but for some reason I do not get any signal out of it. If I use my 6'cable it works fine. It could be a problem with my laptop since it does work with my dvd player so I will not put it down.

Compass Supports its Customers

The 15' HDMI cable I purchased did not work. I sent an email to CE Compass explaining this. Two days later I received an apologetic email asking me to clarify. I explained, again, that the cable did not carry either video or audio over HDMI. Two days later I received another email with an RMA number offering a choice of refund or replacement. I initially specified refund and sent the cable back at my expense, a cost which matched the cost of the cable including free shipping from Compass. After putting the package in the mail, I reconsidered and sent another email to Compass asking if I could switch to replacement to give their cable one more try. They responded affirmatively and a week later I received a replacement which was better constructed and 25' rather than the 15' version I'd ordered. The cable works, I'm happy and all's well that ends well.
I thought about the cost of the original and initially decided "you get what you pay for." However, taking the additional step to be sure I DID get what I paid for, a cable that works, I'm glad I pursued a customer service solution. It paid off for me and demonstrated CE Compass' willingness and ability to work with their customers to achieve satisfaction.
