Very Pleased

I will start this by saying that I am in no way an expert in the product area of this unit. I have been very please with the headset so far.

The Pro's.

After about a month of use in an office with 6 grad students and use around my dorm the unit's noise canceling has proven superior.
The sound quality is also very crisp and clear providing an enjoyable listen experience. I have used these earphones about 60% for noise canceling at school where it functions to provide white noise and it does this excellently. I also use the earphones to listen to recorded class lectures and they are very easy to understand at a low volume gain level.
The travel case is a huge plus and protects the earphones very well in my backpack from day to day.
I also find the set easy to wear for long periods of time without a comfort issues.

Now the Con's.

The connection jack for the cord to the headphones has given a few issues with losing a 100% connection causing the headphones to produce unwanted noise. This has only happened 2 or 3 times and is easily corrected with a simple adjustment of the jack.
The earphones will occasionally producing a low gain, but audible, bass signal when I am using them for white noise and this can become irritating; it does however tend to fade quickly. I believe this is the NC system trying to work without upping the volume of the incoming signal from the outside audio source.

Other than those mentioned above I am VERY pleased. I am also confident to reply to those who have told me that the price was too high, and I should have bought much less expensive versions. I feel I got a quality of headphone that is on par with other much more expensive brands for a small fraction of the price.

These are a little bigger and more comfortable than the panasonic which otherwise are nearly identical - I bought both and will be returning the panasonics
