Not as good for the 61" TV

When you assemble this for the 61" TV, the glass shelves are short of each side by about 5", so the stand is not as sturdy as it might be when put together for the smaller TVs. I found it to be quite unsteady on carpet, so much so that I felt I HAD to strap the TV to the wall.
Also, the glass shelves come out farther than the wood like frame, so if you have children, it creates a safety concern. There is nothing protecting that extended glass.
The stand does look very nice with the black TV and it was fairly easy to assemble, it took me about 20 minutes do due alone (and I'm an old lady :-(.

Excellent product. Easy to assemble.

This is an excellent product. Fit my 50" DLP perfectly, put a Samsung Blu Ray Player, a HD DVD palyer, a Motorola cable box and a Wii underneath the cabinet and everything goes fine. Cable straps works wonder on organizing all my cables.

Instructions are kind of confusing and there is a missing instruction step between step 5 and 6. But at the end all are fine.

my samsung dvd/receiver pertrudes about two inches out of the front of the stand because it isn't deep enough. DirectTV DVR fits fine.

Neat design. You can vary the width of the unit and the glass ledges are designed in such a way that they look fine with any width. It is a bit complicated to put together but is worth the effort - just follow the directions
