I would really appreciate if anyone could give me an idea on how to pair it with T-mobile Dash.

It works, people have no problems hearing me. I do wish that the microphone was more conspicuous.

Bluetooth is good to my work

It have the same function as a handsfree but i can make calls from my car audio system, its good.
