so first off, i really like this bag. i use it for school/work/photography and i really appreciate the fact that its a good bag with plenty of pockets zippers and whatnot. the first bag i got from amazon was missing the shoulder strap, very lame but after a quick phone call to amazon a new one was on the way and i printed out the free shipping label to return it (thanks amazon!). got the new bag and it has served me well, very nice quality EXCEPT the shoulder strap came out of where it had been sewn into the bag..... on both sides over the course of a month. a very easy fix with a needle and thread and it was well worth the effort to keep this bag.
